01. THE ARTSY STUFF

1.1 Artwork Details:

1.2 Pricing Discussion:

Paying Method: PayPal

Payment Plan: 50% before completion & and 50% after completion.

1.3 Watermark:

My watermark will always be applied on top of the piece to ensure the avoidance of theft.

02. TIMELINE

2.1 The Artist swears to finish the masterpiece by the set, agreed date. 🤞

2.2 Life happens, so if there's a delay, I promise to contact you and explain what's going on.

03. OWNERSHIP DRAMA

3.1 I (the artist)

Reserve the right to refund and/or cancel an order.
Will not claim ownership of any OCs or fanmade characters given to the commission.
Retain all copyright and ownership of the piece itself.
Reserve the right to upload the commissioned work online/on my product page.

3.2 You (the customer/commissioner)

May upload the work I MADE YOU to a social media channel WITH CREDIT GIVEN to:
- EchoArts03 on Tumblr & Wix
May NOT resell, redistribute, make prints for commercial use, or make a profit off of my commission to you.

4. MONEY

4.1 Payment in USD via Venmo (Paypal coming soon.)

4.15 Venmo charges users who give money to people who aren't friends via their app. When I give you my info, make sure you request to be my friend first to avoid that charge!

4.2 If you back out mid-production, I can keep the 50% you paid me beforehand.

4.3 However, if I can't finish the piece, I'll return the money ASAP.

5. STAYING IN TOUCH

5.1 Let's stay in touch! Discord is preferred, but emails work fine.

5.2 Our convo about this art commission will happen through [Email or Text].

6. STUFF YOU SHOULD KNOW

6.1 I am a college student, meaning I can get quite busy. I may request a bit more time, so my apologies in advance if that ends up being the case!

6.2 To help me better create what you want, the more reference photos you provide to me, the better. References include but are not limited to:

Your Own Art/OC Designs
Poses
Backgrounds
Facial Expressions
Clothes & Accessories

It is on YOU to provide these things. I will ask for references, but if you give me nothing to work with, then I don’t think I’ll be able to do the art for you.
